Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to on-site Associates.
• Mentor staff and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with the Maintenance Superintendent.
• Handle performance evaluations and staff development.
• Train the Assistant Manager and Leasing Agent for continuity.
• Oversee admissions, rent collection, and lease compliance.
• Respond to residents and clients within the same business day.
