Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a designated apartment community. You will lead a team, manage budget and leasing activities, and ensure compliance with policies and applicable laws.

The role emphasizes revenue optimization, vendor management, and resident satisfaction, with a focus on maintaining safety, appearance, and service standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of property management and related experience to manage day-to-day operation of an apartment community.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into budget development by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meets revenue targets by setting rent rates and collecting payments, and reviewing monthly financials.
• Approves invoices and manages vendor communications, ensuring insurance certificates and proper coding.
• Controls expenditures within the approved budget and oversees petty cash management.
• Oversees lease enforcement, approvals, inspections, and renewal processes; manages notices and late fees.
