• Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory. Travel may include evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and manage volunteers to build grassroots movements.
• Activate volunteers using methods such as peer coaching and quality improvement strategies.
• Cultivate and manage community partnerships with underrepresented groups.
• Develop and execute data-informed community impact plans and secure Community Partner Agreements.
• Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration to identify awareness opportunities and expand reach.
• Evaluate volunteer performance and manage budgets and timelines.
