Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least one year in community work.

Responsibilities

• Source documents checked accurately, thoroughly and completely.
• Ensure all mandates and requirements comply.
• Reviews completed within deadlines; follow up on incomplete documents and referrals.
• Provide clear, accurate information; maintain proper records and codes.
• Convey timely useful information/feedback with tact and courtesy.
• Review PASSPort contracts and service reports for agency compliance.

Education

Bachelor's degree + 2 years in community work

High school diploma + 6 years in community work

Education/experience equivalent to 1 or 2 with one year experience
