Focus on Renewal seeks a Program Assistant for the McKees Rocks Family Center. The role is the first point of contact for families, providing a welcoming presence while supporting staff with daily administrative tasks and program activities.

You will assist with engagement events, data entry, and coordination of resources, maintaining confidentiality and partnering with DHS, Allegheny County, and program staff.

Formación

• Demonstrated interpersonal and written/oral communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Apps and basic computer tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Enroll families in Positive Parenting programs and support engagement activities.
• Build relationships with families and community partners.
• Enter data into required systems and prepare reports as needed.
• Answer phones and greet visitors with professionalism and respect.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings related to the position.
