Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with experience serving youth.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to drive a 15-passenger van.
• Good driving record verifiable with the state.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome individuals and assess potential problems.
• Escort visitors and monitor entry for safety.
• Provide on-site security presence and foster respectful behavior.
• Assist staff with verbally aggressive or threatening individuals.
• Open/Close building per agency policies and maintain safety.
• Coordinate emergency procedures including evacuations.
• Attend staff meetings and supervisory sessions.
• Provide transportation for program as needed.
• Perform fire drills, monthly facility inspections, and building inspections.
• Support front desk operations as needed.
