Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care Inc. in New Jersey seeks a Van Driver to transport consumers to and from Adult Partial Care programs across Southern New Jersey.

You will also assist with intake transportation scheduling and mileage records, while ensuring passenger safety and vehicle cleanliness. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license in good standing, and the ability to drive a 15-passenger van; CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• Good driving record verifiable with the state.
• Good driving skills.
• Ability to drive a 15 passenger van.
• CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive consumers to and from Adult Partial Care programs.
• Transport to consumers scheduled for intake/enrollment.
• Organize and keep records regarding transportation schedule and mileage.
• Consumer safety, including mandatory fastening of seatbelts of driver and all passengers.
• Maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness.
• Never leave consumers on the van unattended.
• Other duties assigned.
