• Oversee electronic submittals for permit applications and route for review.
• Accept residential and contractor applications, schedule inspections, and maintain records.
• Calculate permit fees, collect and reconcile receipts daily.
• Issue permits within scope of authority and provide administrative support as needed.
• Support the Development Review Committee and act as the primary point of contact for follow-up items.
