Job summary

Smile Doctors in Houston, TX seeks a Community Relations Representative to build strong relationships with dentists, schools, and community groups to drive referrals to orthodontic offices. You will collaborate with clinic teams, manage local budgets, and lead co-marketing events to increase visibility and patient flow.

The role requires prior B2B sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting marketing initiatives and CRM tracking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of B2B sales, direct to consumer sales, field marketing, or related.
• Six months with Smile Doctors or affiliated practice.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Intermediate knowledge of sales or business management software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with dentists and community organizations to drive referrals.
• Collaborate with clinics to increase referrals and new patient exams.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to implement referral-focused marketing strategies.
• Develop, manage, and track local marketing budgets for each team/location.
• Host joint events and co-marketing initiatives with local organizations.
• Participate in community events and health fairs to boost brand awareness.
• Support clinics with marketing materials and promotional needs.
• Input and maintain referral activity and events in the CRM system.
• Monitor local market trends to keep the referral network thriving.
