Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with healthcare facilities, referral sources, payer representatives, community organizations, and other key contacts.
• Strengthen our community presence by coordinating facility events, community outreach, and promotional initiatives.
• Support strategic growth by assessing community needs and identifying opportunities to expand reach with leadership and marketing.
• Be a trusted resource with knowledge of local healthcare markets and referral networks to connect people with care.
• Promote excellence by fostering trust and communicating the value of compassionate, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing to coordinate activities, share market insights, monitor results, and identify improvements.
• Support community engagement through volunteer recruitment and scheduling as needed.
