Job summary

Seasons/Crown Hospice, Inc. is seeking a Community Relations Coordinator to strengthen our presence in Missouri by building relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners, and local organizations. You will help connect families with compassionate hospice care.

• Support Strategic Growth: Assess community needs, identify opportunities to expand our reach, and collaborate with leadership and the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.


• Be a Trusted Resource: Maintain knowledge of local healthcare markets, community resources, referral networks, and available services to help connect people with the support they need.


• Promote Excellence: Help build a positive reputation for Seasons/Crown Hospice by fostering trust, demonstrating professionalism, and communicating the value of compassionate, high-quality care.


• Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with leadership and marketing colleagues to coordinate activities, share market insights, monitor results, and identify opportunities for improvement.


• Support Community Engagement: When needed, assist with volunteer recruitment and scheduling to strengthen our presence in facilities and throughout the community.
