Job summary

The Arc NCR in Belcamp, MD is seeking a Community Partners Supervisor to lead a team delivering individualized community-based supports for participants, coordinating routes and site visits, and building partnerships to expand community access.

You will coach staff, participate in hiring and onboarding, ensure policies are followed, maintain accurate records, and support PCP processes within 20 days after meetings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Human Services is preferred.
• DSP I or must be able to complete within the first 90 days.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Three years of experience in the human services field.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agency leadership to coach and guide team members.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding processes.
• Assign routes and manage daily activities to ensure adequate supports.
• Maintain confidential records and complete required documents timely.
• Attend leadership meetings and site visits weekly.
