Job summary

The Arc Prince George’s County is seeking a Community Integration Specialist Supervisor to oversee a team of Community Integration Specialists. You will supervise staff, manage PCP processes, and support individuals with IDD in gaining independence and community inclusion.

Responsibilities include overseeing documentation, coordinating with families and community partners, and ensuring services meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or high school with supervisory experience in community settings.
• Experience with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD).
• Strong time management, communication, organization and documentation.
• Proficient with computers; good oral and written skills.
• Ability to solve problems, including emergencies; valid driver status.
• CESP certification within 6 months, if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Community Integration Specialists; ensure staffing and coaching.
• Oversee Person-Centered Plans, meetings, and documentation; monitor progress.
• Promote community integration, volunteerism and competitive employment.
• Direct support with activities of daily living, health monitoring, transportation.
• Maintain compliant EHR documentation and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate with families, staff, employers, and partners; participate in trainings.
