Job summary

The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region is seeking a Community Partners Supervisor to lead the Community Partners team, coordinating community-based activities and leveraging networks to maximize participant inclusion. You will collaborate with leadership to provide coaching, ensure quality supports, and manage resources efficiently.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, facilitating meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring PCP alignment with plans.

Qualifications

Education, Training and Experience required: High School Diploma; Associate/Bachelor in Human Services preferred.
DSP I or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
Two years of supervisory experience in human services.
Three years of experience in the human services field.
Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with agency leadership to coach and guide team members with equity, care, and compassion.
Participate in hiring and onboarding processes and document peer training schedules.
Assign and manage routes and daily activities to ensure adequate supports.
Facilitate monthly meetings, trainings, and incident reporting as needed.
Maintain confidential personnel records and timely documentation.
Review timesheets, mileage, and expense reports; monitor attendance and payroll data.
Engage in site visits and participate in leadership meetings.
Ensure programs follow written plans and PCPs; train staff within 20 days of PCP signing.
