Job summary

Access Services is seeking a CPS Supervisor to lead a team delivering person-centered supports for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism in Lehighton, Pottsville, Bartonsville, and surrounding areas. The role combines leadership, coaching, service coordination, and direct engagement with individuals and their support teams to create growth opportunities.

You will supervise DSPs, participate in case reviews, and help ensure plans are implemented with high quality across community

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in education, special education, psychology, counseling, gerontology, social work, or therapeutic recreation is highly desirable.
• ANADD, RBT, CNA, or BCBA certification preferred if bachelor’s degree not met.
• Two years of supervisory experience in social services highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to multiple DSPs in various settings and develop staff.
• Engage DSPs in coaching conversations for career development and engagement.
• Provide direct care and support hours to meet program and individual needs, including transferring and position changes.
• Participate in on-call rotation and assist with crisis resolution when needed.
• Review and implement Person-Centered Support Plans and document outcomes.
• Assist in hiring and orienting new DSPs and conduct case reviews.
• Maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with agency standards.
• Travel regionally to support staff and build partnerships with community partners.
