Job summary

Access Services in Bethlehem is seeking a CPS Supervisor to lead a team that supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism in their communities. The role combines leadership, coaching, and direct engagement to create opportunities for growth, inclusion, and meaningful participation.

The supervisor travels regionally (Lehighton, Pottsville, Bartonsville) with a potential Bethlehem or Orwigsburg base, and oversees DSP development, case reviews, and person-centered plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience in social services preferred.
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Background checks and driving history review required.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to DSPs and support their career development.
• Engage DSPs in coaching conversations pertaining to career development and employee engagement.
• Travel regionally to supervise services and build relationships with individuals and community partners.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as assigned.
• Assist in crisis resolution and intervention planning as needed.
• Oversee case reviews and assessments and ensure timely implementation of Person-Centered Support Plans.
