Job summary

Access Services is seeking a Community Participation Supports (CPS) Supervisor to lead a team delivering person-centered supports for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, coordinate services, and drive growth in community participation while ensuring high-quality care across Lehighton, Pottsville, and Bartonsville.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, counseling, social work or related field preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience in social services is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to multiple DSPs in various settings.
• Lead coaching conversations for staff development and engagement.
• Provide direct care and support hours as needed to meet participant goals.
• Coordinate with support teams to review and implement Person-Centered Plans.
• Travel region regularly to support staff and build community partnerships.
• Attend case reviews and maintain timely documentation.
