Job summary

Fairfield County Area 20 Workforce Development Board is seeking an organized, community oriented team member to assist with community outreach, customer facing services, and employer support. The role will support the OhioMeansJobs centers in Fairfield and Pickaway Counties with resource room coverage, including greeting customers, assisting with resumes, and job search activities.

This temporary role runs through June 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in career development or workforce development is preferred.
• Valid Ohio driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with community outreach and customer-facing services.
• Support OhioMeansJobs centers with resource room coverage.
• Assist with resumes, job search activities, and unemployment issues.
• Engage with local employers and help with pre-employment assessments.
• Promote OhioMeansJobs services at community events and workshops.
• Coordinate on-site pre-employment testing and relay results.
