Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related field.
• Understanding of employment barriers for disadvantaged populations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in case management and direct client services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database software.
• Knowledge of labor market trends and industry job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze participant assessment data to identify gaps.
• Hold one-on-one meetings to discuss assessment results and set SMART goals.
• Create individualized action plans with timelines and resources.
• Provide resume, cover letter, and interview prep guidance.
• Assist with online applications and networking strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor progress.
• Connect participants with community resources and partners.
