Responsibilities

• Collaborates with local and national leadership to identify and cultivate community partnerships.
• Target follow-up meetings with key referral sources to identify growth obstacles.
• Communicates levels of care to potential clients, families, and referral sources.
• Guides clients toward suitable treatment options and evaluates admissions feasibility.
• Articulates programming alignment with client situations and requirements.
• Builds rapport and strengthens customer service with referral sources, clients, and families.
