Job summary

Goodwill of Silicon Valley is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator II to build partnerships and manage participant pipelines for MSSV’s workforce programs in Santa Clara County. The role blends strategic outreach with funnel management to recruit qualified applicants for training cohorts.

You will cultivate referral networks, coordinate eligibility, and ensure accurate intake, reporting, and timely communication with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, communications, workforce development, or a related field.
• Minimum three years in community outreach, partnership development, or a related role.
• Knowledge of the Santa Clara County community and social services landscape.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout Santa Clara County; valid California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate, develop, and manage a portfolio of referral partnerships with organizations serving MSSV’s target populations.
• Coordinate top-of-funnel participant flow and enrollment processes to fill cohorts.
• Develop outreach materials and communication strategies for partners and participants.
• Represent MSSV at community events, partner meetings, and outreach activities.
• Track funnel metrics and report findings to inform program improvements.
