Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support full lifecycle recruitment, from posting roles to onboarding new hires. You will source, screen, extend offers and help build relationships with community partner organizations to drive robust recruiting outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, candidate experience, and managing the onboarding process while aligning with Goodwill’s mission and growth strategy in San Antonio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years recruiting/HR support experience; strong relationship-building.
• Experience with ATS and HR databases.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online recruiting media.
• Must meet physical requirements and have a valid driver's license to travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal departments and community organizations to submit candidates.
• Provide excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate and track eligibility assessments for candidates.
• Post positions in ATS and keep postings current.
• Recruit, screen, extend offers, and manage onboarding processes.
• Plan and participate in career events and job fairs.
• Enter new employee data into HRIS.
• Partner with community organizations for referrals.
• Support HR projects as needed.
