Job summary

Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay seeks an Employer Partnership Lead to connect job seekers with high-quality opportunities across the region. You will cultivate employer relationships, develop staffing solutions, and manage end-to-end partnerships from outreach to placement.

The role includes coordinating monthly in-person hiring events, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring program readiness aligns with grant requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in business development, employer engagement, workforce development, recruiting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve employer engagement strategies with priorities and approaches that respond to hiring needs.
• Establish and cultivate a network of employers, representing Goodwill and assessing partnership value.
• Consult with employers to understand workforce needs and develop customized recruitment solutions.
• Produce at least one in-person hiring event or employer spotlight each month in San Francisco.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute employer-focused events including outreach, logistics, and post-event analysis.
• Coordinate with Marketing on collateral, communications, and event promotion.
• Develop event concepts and budget recommendations within approved budgets.
• Maintain an employer engagement pipeline and CRM dashboards to monitor outcomes.
