Job summary

Goodwill - Redwood Empire in Santa Rosa is seeking a Workforce Development Program Assistant Manager to lead the Goodwill Connect! program. You will supervise staff, provide work readiness training, coordinate service delivery, and cultivate partnerships with employers and community organizations to expand offerings.

Some evenings and weekends may be required, with on-site work at Yolanda Administrative Offices and occasional travel to other GIRE locations.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience delivering educational/career navigation services.
• Two years of supervision of staff or program participants.
• Fingerprinted and DOJ clearance prior to start.
• Valid CA Driver’s License and access to reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Goodwill Connect! Manager to identify service improvements and new offerings.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure high‑quality delivery of services.
• Represent programs to employers and community partners to increase referrals.
• Engage the community to identify needs and propose innovative services.
• Provide work readiness training, resume support, and job coaching.
