Reston Association is seeking a Community Outreach Manager to lead outreach, education, and support for cluster and condominium associations. This role serves as the primary liaison between RA and community association leadership, guiding governance and engagement initiatives.

The position requires significant community interaction, attendance at board meetings, and collaboration across departments to strengthen relationships with Reston residents and association leaders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in community association management or related fields.
• Experience supervising diverse teams and leading educational programs.
• Strong knowledge of customer service, engagement, and service delivery.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Reston Association's outreach, education, and support for associations.
• Attend board meetings, site visits, and outreach events.
• Oversee Community Outreach Program and supervise staff.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a consistent member experience.
