Job summary

The Ness Center is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to develop and manage community engagement, marketing, and outreach initiatives that support organizational goals. This role builds relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community partners to increase awareness, strengthen partnerships, and expand service line reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, healthcare administration, business, sales, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in community outreach, healthcare marketing, public relations, nonprofit engagement, or field sales in a healthcare-related industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach and marketing strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources
• Plan and coordinate community events, health fairs, and educational programs
• Support creation of marketing and educational materials and digital content
• Track outreach performance and key metrics using CRM and reporting tools
• Analyze referral trends and community needs to improve engagement strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to support organizational goals
