Job summary

The Ness Center is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to develop and manage community engagement, marketing, and outreach initiatives that support organizational goals. This role builds relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community partners to increase awareness, strengthen partnerships, and expand service line reach.

The Coordinator plans and executes community events, educational programs, and outreach campaigns while using data and analytics to measure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years in community outreach, healthcare marketing, public relations, or non-profit engagement in a healthcare setting.
• Experience building relationships with external partners, providers, or referral sources.
• Experience coordinating events, outreach programs, or territory-based activities.
• Experience using CRM systems or data tracking tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach and marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources.
• Plan and coordinate community events, health fairs, and educational programs.
• Support creation of marketing and educational materials and digital content.
• Track outreach performance and key metrics using CRM and reporting tools.
• Analyze referral trends and community needs to improve engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support organizational goals.
