Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. in Lynn, MA is seeking a Community Outreach Manager to support the CALM Team within the CBHC division. You will supervise CALM staff, promote empowerment, and engage with community partners to strengthen relations and service delivery.

The role requires collaboration with DCF, DMH, schools, libraries, and other agencies; schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with a salary range of $80,000–$84,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or a related field.
• Knowledge of community resources in Lynn and surrounding communities.
• Strong commitment to serving racially diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to CALM staff including weekly supervision of all staff.
• Manage/direct staff in meeting CALM and City of Lynn standards.
• Provide direct response to calls for service and lead response with community partners.
• Empower individuals to access services and connect to opportunities.
• Promote hope and empowerment through meetings and side-by-side interventions.

Education
