Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, Inc. (GLFHC) is seeking an Outreach and Enrollment (O&E) Assistor to educate patients and assist with insurance enrollment and portal access.

Under the supervision of the Director of Patient Access, you will support inreach efforts, connect with community partners, and help constituents enroll in MassHealth, Healthy Start, and other plans. This role strengthens access to care across Lawrence and the Merrimack Valley through outreach events, timely

Qualifications

• Proven ability to educate patients on health insurance options and enrollment processes.
• Experience building relationships with community organizations.
• Ability to plan and coordinate outreach activities with timelines.

Responsabilités

• Educate patients on health insurance options via Market plan and exchange portal.
• Provide enrollment assistance and follow-up for coverage and renewals.
• Attend community events to facilitate education and enrollment.
• Assist with enrollment in available plans (Mass Health, Healthy Start).
• Schedule O&E appointments at clinics during time-sensitive events.
