Job summary

Community Trust Credit Union is seeking a People and Partnerships Coordinator to expand our reach by building relationships with local businesses, organizations, and partners. You will generate qualified leads, present financial education sessions, and represent the credit union in the field of membership.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing and relationship‑focused.
• Experience in business development, community relations, employee engagement, marketing, or related field.
• Strong written communication and content creation.
• Strong analytic and organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• 1–12 months of related experience preferred.
• Two-year college degree, cert, on‑the‑job training, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue business development opportunities for membership and growth.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, outreach, referrals, email, social media, and partnerships.
• Deliver presentations, meetings, and financial education sessions for individuals, businesses, and community organizations.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement events and activities to boost morale and culture.
• Create and manage social media content aligned with marketing goals and brand messaging.
• Monitor engagement and report on campaign effectiveness, growth, and event participation.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products, competitors, market trends, and member preferences.
