Job summary

Malibu Jack's is looking for a Community Outreach Coordinator to promote our park in the local community, building relationships with schools, businesses, organizations, and community partners to generate group events and experiences.

This role reports to the Regional Outreach Manager and collaborates with Groups & Party Coordinator, Marketing, and sales/support teams to turn relationships into booked events and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
• Experience in community outreach, outside sales, event coordination, customer service, hospitality, or local business development preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, follow up consistently, and support revenue-driving opportunities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional representation in the community.

Responsibilities

• Promote Malibu Jack's as the go-to destination for group events to local schools, businesses, churches and community organizations.
• Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and tours to showcase group event options and party packages.
• Generate, manage, and follow up on new leads to book corporate events, fundraisers, field trips, and other group outings.
• Maintain organized tracking of leads, communications, and opportunities to ensure a seamless sales process.
