Job summary

Malibu Jack's Springfield is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the daily operation of attractions and the park floor, supervising Park Coordinators and staff while upholding safety and guest service standards.

You will open and close the facility, manage cash procedures, and oversee training materials, coaching, and accountability to foster a strong, guest-focused culture. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 1–2 years supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong organizational and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee attractions and floor operations to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
• Lead on-floor during shifts; train and coach Park Coordinators.
• Open and close facility and manage cash handling.
• Address guest concerns and resolve escalations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and cash controls.
