Job summary

Goodwill Industries of New Mexico is seeking an Enrollment & Recruitment Specialist to assist with outreach and enroll clients into the GoodJobs employment assistance program. You will work one-on-one with individuals from diverse backgrounds, guiding them into services and connecting them with local employers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Social Services or related field preferred.
• Two years’ professional work experience or equivalent.
• Bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enrolling clients into Goodwill program(s) accurately and timely.
• Conduct outreach to attract new clients and educate the community about services.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses to educate employers and create opportunities.
• Maintain participant files/electronic records and ensure documentation meets standards.
• Attend job fairs and community events to recruit and schedule clients.
