Job summary

Goodwill Industries of New Mexico is seeking an Enrollment & Recruitment Specialist to assist with outreach and enroll clients into the GoodJobs employment assistance program. This role involves working one-on-one with individuals from diverse backgrounds, educating employers, and coordinating enrollment processes.

The position supports a broad community-based program with a negotiable pay rate based on qualifications and a guaranteed 38 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Social Services or related field preferred.
• Two years’ professional work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enroll clients into Goodwill programs using electronic enrollment processes.
• Educate local businesses about benefits of hiring participants.
• Conduct outreach to attract new clientele to Goodwill programs.
• Maintain participant files and documentation for services.
• Attend job fairs and community events to recruit clients.
