Job summary

Community Clinic in Springdale, AR is seeking a Community Outreach & Communications Coordinator to manage outreach programs, events, and cross-department coordination. This role requires coordinating multiple events, maintaining records, and presenting outcomes to leadership.

You will collaborate with Marketing and other internal teams, represent the clinic at community events, and deliver presentations about the organization while working a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule in person.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in communications, PR, marketing, business, or related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple events, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Experience in project coordination, outreach, or event planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate community outreach activities and events.
• Manage event logistics from start to finish (registration, staffing, supplies, timelines).
• Build relationships with community partners including businesses, schools, and nonprofits.
• Use project-management tools to track progress and communicate updates to staff.
