Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in California is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, or community settings.

You will perform evaluations, develop and adjust treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence for clients with brain or spinal cord injuries. Flexible hours, paid per hour, and travel reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of OT experience, preferably in neuro rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
