Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Riverside, CA seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation beyond clinic walls. You’ll work in home, school, work, and community settings, guiding clients toward meaningful daily activities.

You will evaluate, treat, and re‑evaluate plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support family education and safety in real-world environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the practicing state.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and mobility requirements as listed.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and recommend home/community safety measures.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
