Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is hiring an Occupational Therapist for home and community-based neuro rehabilitation in San Diego, CA. Therapists will evaluate, plan, and implement personalized therapy focused on real-life activities outside of clinics.

You’ll work autonomously within a collaborative team, deliver sessions in clients’ homes and community settings, and enjoy a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the practicing state.
• CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend meetings.
• Discharge evaluations with home and community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
