CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) is seeking a full-time, early career Coordinator to join our Community Operations Team in Cambridge. You will build relationships with members, respond to inquiries, and help with everyday operations and events.
Ideal candidates have at least one year of professional experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a genuine interest in helping others. This role offers growth with a growing company and strong benefits as outlined by the team.

You will join a Community Operations Team to satisfy the day‑to‑day needs of our members. Some work will be independent while at other times it will require collaboration with other CIC staff members.
