Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) for Honeycutt Run in Maricopa, AZ. You will oversee maintenance and daily operations while delivering the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

With 3–5 years in multi-family property management, you will coach staff, manage budgets, monitor metrics, and drive resident satisfaction using Resman or Yardi.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability.
• Excellent customer service and resident relations skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Financial acumen for budgeting and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• BA degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Resman or Yardi is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue targets by setting rent rates and managing operating expenses.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports with forecasting.
• Lead a team of administrative and service personnel through planning.
• Oversee hiring and performance management through HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement improvement plans.
