Qualifications

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in multi-family property management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of property management software.
• BA degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Resman or Yardi is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and monitoring aged delinquency.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel.
• Oversee hiring and ongoing employee performance through HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections and lead improvement plans.
