Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) for Honeycutt Run in Maricopa, AZ. You will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while delivering the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor homes.

We seek a leader with 3–5 years in multi-family property management, strong coaching and communication skills, and a budget-minded mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership, team development and coaching abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Budgeting, reporting, and property performance know-how.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management software.
• BA degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience using Resman or Yardi is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue by setting rent rates and managing operating expenses, with monthly financial forecasting.
• Coach and mentor a team of administrative and service personnel.
• Oversee hiring and ongoing employee performance management.
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement improvement plans.
