Qualifications

• Willingness to attend periodic trainings on procedures and laws as they pertain to the job duties of a Property Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the community in a first class condition.
• Inspect homes prior to move-in to ensure condition and UMH standards.
• Inspect lots regularly to ensure lease compliance.
• Enforce community rules and regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance with employees and contractors for an attractive, safe community.
• Manage home sales, showings, leasing and financing options.
• Run credit checks and process applications; coordinate with departments on approvals.
• Monitor rent payments and take action to ensure timely payments.
