Marous Management Services in Willoughby, Ohio is seeking a full-time Property Manager to direct operational activities, leasing, and marketing for multi-unit residential, commercial, and condominium properties.

Responsibilities include overseeing loss prevention, maintenance, budgeting, lease administration, and coordination with owners, tenants, and vendors. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 per year with benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• College degree or specialized vocational/technical training.
• CPM or ARM designation preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience within the property management industry.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety/security, maintenance, marketing, landscaping, snow removal, tenant build-out and other operations.
• Direct the leasing of properties including pre-inspection, advertising, showing property, reviewing applicants, preparation of leases or rental agreements, and collection of rents and deposits.
• Administer leases by reviewing tenant billings, enforcing tenant compliance, and performing landlord obligations.
• Interface with leasing agents/brokers and assist to assure spaces are leased/re-leased promptly.
• Keep accurate records of space conditions and property files; provide status reports.
• Develop annual operating budget and analyze monthly financial statements.

Education
