Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily property in Houston. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with housing and safety regulations while driving occupancy and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience including sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets and analyze financial statements to meet financial goals.
• Set rent rates, collect rents, post fees, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve invoices, manage vendor communications, and ensure insurance certificates are valid.
• Oversee leasing processes including applications, renewals, and notices.
• Assess market trends and implement short- and long-term marketing strategies to drive occupancy.
