CloudTen Residential is seeking a Community Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager at Metro on Main, a large multifamily property in the Mesa area. The role serves as a training step toward becoming a Community Manager, overseeing daily operations, leasing, and financial duties in line with company policies.

The position emphasizes resident satisfaction, teamwork, and adherence to state laws. Compensation is hourly, with benefits including health coverage and paid time off,

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of property management experience with large multifamily communities (300+ units preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Strong understanding of State landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing standards, and local regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, financial, and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with rent collection, deposits, and financial reporting.
• Promote available units and conduct property tours.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations.
• Provide guidance to on-site staff and assume duties in the Community Manager's absence.
• Address resident service requests promptly and professionally.
