Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Community Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager at Metro on Main and to learn all aspects of property operations.

This training role will cover administrative, leasing, financial, and maintenance duties while preparing you for future opportunities as a Community Manager. The position emphasizes resident service and compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of property management, leasing, or related experience with large multifamily community 300+ preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of state landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing standards.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handles daily financial operations: rent collection, deposits, reconciliations, financial reports, invoices and payables.
• Operates property management software and maintains data integrity.
• Assist in developing a cohesive on-site team and learn operations.
• Conducts regular inspections for cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Assists with move-in/move-out inspections and security deposits.
