Qualifications

• Experience with LIHTC/HUD highly preferred.
• Fair Housing must be completed within 1 day of hire.
• Strong organizational and office management skills.

Responsibilities

• Post rent to PMS and perform bookkeeping tasks.
• Assist Community Manager with leasing, training and scheduling.
• Inspect units and maintain on-site office organization and files.
• Maintain curb appeal and monitor competitor pricing and terms.
• Lease to qualified prospects and assist with renewals.
• Manage inventory of office supplies and ensure professional appearance.
