Zusammenfassung

The Morgan Group is seeking a Leasing Associate to warmly welcome prospects, screen applicants, and shepherd them through the application and move-in process at our Texas communities. You will coordinate showings, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth resident onboarding experience.

In this role you’ll handle renewals, support maintenance coordination, and participate in neighborhood marketing while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment across multiple properties.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service or leasing roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfort with computer systems and data entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Greet prospects, qualify by criteria, and document visits.
• Process applications, credit checks, and move-in paperwork.
• Prepare electronic leases and coordinate move-in.
• Monitor renewals and respond to resident requests.
• Support neighborhood marketing and community events.
• Maintain accurate records in property management software.
