Job summary

FirstService Residential is recruiting a Community Administrator to support the Community Association Manager with timely completion of administrative and project duties in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, IL.

You will handle lease processing, file maintenance, move coordination, monthly newsletters, and generation of essential reports while ensuring excellent resident relations and adherence to governing documents.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree or higher in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Must obtain Illinois Community Association Manager license within set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain homeowner and administrative files.
• Process leases and track leases in Master Lease List.
• Maintain service excellence in interactions with residents, vendors, staff and colleagues.
• Assemble Board Packets in a professional manner.
• Update and generate required reports for management.
• Coordinate moves, deliveries, and resident contractor activities.
